If you find yourself here, first and foremost, my heart is with you. Although I have lost several pets, I will not tell you that I understand how YOU feel. The impending loss of a pet and the grief felt due to this loss is very different from one to another. However, the one thing we all share is the empty space left in our hearts when our furry friends make their journey across the Rainbow Bridge.
I am honored to be an affiliate photographer for The Tilly Project. The Tilly Project aims to connect pet owners seeking the service, with end-of-life pet photographers across the world and to provide accessible educational, and supportive resources for photography, anticipatory grief, and pet loss/bereavement.
As a member of The Tilly Project, I offer Celebration of Life Pet Photography in the Central New York area (Cooperstown/Oneonta and the surrounding areas), for your furry loved one who is a senior and/or has been given a terminal diagnosis.

How much does this cost?
There is no charge for our session.
How does this work?
Every session is as unique as you, your family, and your pet. You can use the “Contact” link at the top of this page, or email me at lisagordonphotography@yahoo.com. If you’d like, we can then schedule a pre-session phone conversation, when I can address any questions you might have that are not listed here.
How long does a session last?
A session usually lasts from 30 minutes (of course, it can be shorter) to 1 hour or more.
What does a session involve?
It is anything you want it to be for you and your pet. I may give you some suggestions during the session, but these are suggestions only. The session is about you and your pet.
Will the photographs be posted online?
It is quite possible that you found me through an online connection. These connections give others the opportunity to find me, as well as other photographers around the world, offering this service. Session photographs may be posted online only with signed permission for me to do so, and I will only use the name of your pet and possibly your first name(s) if they are posted. If you give me permission to do this, I will ask you to write a little something about your pet to go along with the photographs.
May I post the photographs online?
Yes. The photographs are yours to use as you wish. I would however, ask that if you do post them online, you give me, as well as The Tilly Project, a link-back, tag, or mention. Again, this helps give others the same opportunity to find me for sessions. This is a request and not a requirement.
